Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation in CSE / CS / ICE
∎ Vendor certification like CCNA, CCNP, RHCE etc. will also be given advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, configure operating system and other necessary software to desktop, laptop and server.
∎ Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
∎ IT asset management and assist to maintain Mail Server, Web Server, DNS and Active Directory Server etc. OS deployment on servers/hosts.
∎ Assist to perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
∎ Assist to develop infrastructure for various IT Related ad-hoc projects and services. Assist to Core Banking Software, payroll and other solutions.
∎ Audit and maintain file server. Maintain EMS system for Server and Power room.
∎ Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
∎ Assist the end-user, other IT professionals, and external customers in requesting security variances and implementation of subsequent configuration change requests.
∎ Vendor coordination, whenever issues couldn't resolve internally.
∎ Install and monitor Antivirus Server, create policies in the antivirus server and upgrade
∎ Troubleshooting IT related issues. Repair and recover systems from hardware or software failures.
∎ Define, assign and change permissions and privileges related to File Server, DNS users and Mail server.
∎ Strong knowledge on Network and Security.
∎ Purchase and stock management of IT related equipment and maintain vendor relationship.
∎ Maintaining the ICT security standard incompliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2013.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s) experience in managing such role.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Routing, switching, firewall, VM ware, Hyper - V.
∎ A flexible, pro-active approach to work, including the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and must have mental resilience.
∎ Experience in managing multiple priorities.
∎ Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
∎ Passionate about finance/banking industry
∎ Biased to technology driven process
