Education, Experience and Skills requirements:
MBA/M.Com/Master (Finance & Banking/Accounting/Marketing/ Economics) or in any discipline from reputed University with excellent academic result with English proficiency and Financial Management literacy.
Minimum of 15 years of total professional experience, with at least 10 years in a managerial role, preferably within the Banking or Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) sector·
Understanding the evolving economic and technological landscape·
Familiarity with diverse business functions such as branding, marketing, PR, capital market, digital financing, structured financing etc.
Demonstrated background leading and managing critical projects with Good communication skills.
Competency:
Technology Oriented, Sound, Ethical and Moral standings·
Ability to delegate tasks and ensure on-time completion of tasks at all levels in an efficient and effective manner·
Ability to understand a complete situation quickly and come up with plans and execute on time.
Good Communicator having both oral and writing skill.
Preference:
Candidates with current or prior experience of working as DMD with Company Secretory back ground.

The Deputy Managing Director (DMD) will report directly to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer and serve as a senior leader within the organization, as well as a member of the management Committee. The Deputy Managing Director (DMD) shall be tasked with the following responsibilities:
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in the execution of the company’s business plan.
Supporting the development of an appropriate target operating model for the organization, encompassing systems, infrastructure, and operational processes.
Establishing standardized practices across the business as deemed necessary, while ensuring that all processes are thoroughly documented.
Introducing advanced process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiencies within the organization.
Overseeing a variety of change programs, including the introduction of new business initiatives and revenue streams, as well as future integrations and partnerships.
Promoting a cost-efficient approach across the business by leading relevant transformation initiatives and service process re-engineering programs.
Developing and maintaining systems for the collection and storage of data throughout the organization, ensuring data quality and the implementation of effective system controls.
Advancing an agenda focused on innovation and digital enhancements for the organization.
Managing and fostering growth within technology, change management, and facilities.
Ensuring strict adherence to legal guidelines and internal policies to uphold the company’s compliance and business ethics.
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the markets and industries relevant to the company.
Carrying out duties in accordance with legal requirements and diligently monitoring the activities of the recovery process.
