Title: Relationship Manager, Liability Department

Reports to: Head of Liability

Location: Corporate Head Office, Dhaka

Nature: Permanent/Temporary Basis

Position Summary: The incumbent should have sound knowledge of Sales & Marketing and Business development. He/She must have a wide network of relationship in the financial sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills are also required.

Major Duties and responsibilities:

• Achievement of monthly Liability business target set by CVC Finance Limited’s management.            

• Identify potential individuals & corporate deposit customers & follow-up for new deposit collection,

• Perform due diligence on client’s identity and sources of fund at the time of establishing business relationship,

• Renewal/ Retention of existing liability customers,

• Ensure quality customer service to existing & new customer of CVC Finance Ltd,

• Explore business opportunities through various routes to market.

• Weekly/ Monthly business performance reporting to line manager.

• Mobile bill,Provident fund,Weekly 2 holidays
• Salary Review: Yearly
