  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws is desirable

Responsibilities & Context:

Overview: The Front Desk Executive cum HR & Admin is responsible for managing front desk operations while also supporting the human resources and administrative functions of the organization. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff, managing HR-related activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Front Desk Operations:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees (including check out).
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently.

HR Support:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding for new employees.
  • Support HR initiatives such as performance evaluations, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

Compliance and Policies:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in HR and administrative functions.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for HR audits and compliance activities.

Communication:

  • Foster effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Relay important information from management to employees and vice versa.
