- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles.
- Experience in handling phone calls, visitor management, and basic administrative tasks will be
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Educational Qualification:
- HSC / Graduation in any discipline.
Responsibilities & Context: Responsibilities:
- Front Desk & Visitor Management. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security protocols are followed.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries. Handle courier services, and package deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
- Assist HR/Admin team with scheduling, documentation, and record keeping. Assist in organizing company events, interviews, and meetings.
- Schedule and manage meeting room bookings.
- Liaise with internal teams for day-to-day administrative needs.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors when required.
