Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk & Visitor Management. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security protocols are followed.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries. Handle courier services, and package deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
  • Assist HR/Admin team with scheduling, documentation, and record keeping. Assist in organizing company events, interviews, and meetings.
  • Schedule and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Liaise with internal teams for day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors when required.
