Responsibilities & Context:
Must have to be knowledge on PS related all types of activities.
Have to ensure all types of Secretarial jobs to the top management directly as an APS to MD Sir.
To look after all affairs of company administrative to ensure support of Managing Director & Chairperson.
To maintain co-ordination among different business division & department of the company & report to MD.
To assist Managing Director in looking after business affairs of the company.
To maintain & update classified documents of the Factory & report to the MD.
To assist MD to maintain various meeting with concerned people, dept.
To maintain Meeting minutes, agendas as per MD.
To maintain daily activities of MD.
Any other assignment or tasks given by the Management as & when required.
