Job Responsibilities:

For Business Development:

·       Execute client trades accurately while monitoring market trends and financial news to support investment decisions.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and institutional clients through regular meetings and professional service.

·       Grow the business by identifying new opportunities, networking, marketing, and helping clients open/maintain BO accounts with proper documentation.

For Compliance:

·       Ensure full compliance with financial regulations (BSEC, DSE, CSE), file periodic reports, detect fraud/market manipulation, and advise staff on compliance protocols.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to improve operations, distribute regulatory updates to management, and support overall business growth.

·       Deliver high-quality customer service with professionalism, integrity, and responsiveness to retain and satisfy clients.

For IT:

·       Oversee all IT infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, cloud/server management, cybersecurity, and data integrity for stable brokerage operations.

·       Provide IT support to all users for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, routers, attendance systems, and possess basic programming knowledge.
