Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for client requirements.
- Support job posting, resume management, and shortlisting.
- Help schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
- Perform basic market research on talent pools and industry benchmarks.
- Prepare documentation and assist with onboarding with the clients.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
