Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain long-term relationship with clients through regular communication and personalized support
∎ On-Board Eligible Organization in Employee Banking Portfolio with BBPLC
∎ Ensure successful accomplishment of EB journey for EB Company and as well as their employees
∎ Driving achievement of business targets in all KPIs e.g. number of accounts, deposit volume, number of credit cards, loan disbursements and salary disbursement through proper customer management
∎ Committed towards delivering consistently high levels of customer service and deal with customer queries effectively, to maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction in line with Bank’s service quality guideline
∎ Identify opportunities to enhance the client’s experience with BRAC Bank EB and take necessary action regarding those
∎ Generate additional business through cross-selling and upselling
∎ Comprehensive market intelligence to recognize the market competitors and market trends, and develop strategies to stay ahead
∎ Managing internal & external stakeholders
∎ Communicating with respective departments to mitigate customer issues
∎ Ensuring all compliance and regulatory guidelines
