Associate Relationship Manager, RU 1, Corporate & Institutional Banking
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and ensure account transactions are in compliance with Account Operation Instruction, Transaction Guideline, Call Confirmation, and backed by Customer Indemnity to protect Bank from any risk & responsibility from money laundering, mis-selling, mis-representation, fraud and other legal and regulatory risks.
Maintain communication with customer for smooth account transactions and required information.
Assist RM & SRM in proposal preparation through summarizing financials, CIB and other information as required.
Assist RM & SRM in conducting on time CDD, High Risk, CTR, Transaction Monitoring, Trade CDD, Sanction Screening etc. to ensure necessary compliance of AML&TF guidelines.
Follow up with RM & SRM to ensure timely renewal of Credit facility, Insurance Policy, Credit Rating, Trade Licence, IRC, ERC, Fire License, Factory License, DOE Clearance, Tax Clearance and other regulatory documents that requires periodic renewal for continuation of business.
Communicate and follow up with branch/trade/credit/treasury and other concerned departments to ensure on time completion of transactions.
Keep Credit Files updated with all required documents with latest copy of approvals & other relevant papers. In case any document shortfall, obtain it from customer through discussing with concerned RM & SRM.
Throughout service, maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standard as expected by the Bank.
Monitor account and report any operational & credit risks, if any, to the line manager for further course of action.
Ensure that customer comply with credit policy, regulatory requirement, and covenant & conditions advised in the sanction letter.
Engage in other roles and responsibilities as per requirements of Corporate & Institutional Banking Division.
