∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Minimum B.Sc. (4 years bachelor's degree) in Computer Science/Engineering or a relative field of study from any reputed UCG approved university.

∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivering Enterprise & In-house Applications
∎ PMP or similar project management certification and working knowledge of Project Management Tools is a plus.
∎ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
∎ Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivering Enterprise & In-house Applications

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure feasibility of business and support unit projects by evaluating critical success factors.
∎ Provide consultancy and support for BRS, SRS, DRG scopes, gap analysis, feasibility tests, UAT, migration, system health checks, process tuning, user training, and market analysis.
∎ Manage project scope, risks, quality deliverables, schedules, and financial aspects within the assigned budget.
∎ Develop project plans, explain to stakeholders using WBS, and distribute tasks among team members.
∎ Analyze system functionalities for new products/projects, design solution architecture, and ensure delivery from vendors or in-house teams.
∎ Lead and oversee various testing phases, including sanity, integration, compatibility, regression, performance, stress, negative, security, black/grey box, and script-based testing.
∎ Establish and enforce change control processes to manage project scope effectively.
∎ Maintain and circulate project dashboards and executive reports to update stakeholders and identify necessary actions.
∎ Manage and negotiate with stakeholders and vendors for business requirements, support, deliveries, AMC, SLA agreements, and training.
∎ Drive project execution, complete milestones, and ensure successful outcomes.
