  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from reputed university with satisfactory academic record. Degree in CSE / EEE / Computer Science or related field is preferred.

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Bank or Non-Bank Financial Institution.

  • Adequate knowledge and understanding of banking operation and applications, GL, process, policy and financial tools & techniques.

  • Application knowledge of MS Office package.

  • Analytical, presentation and communication skills.

  • Proficient in customer-centricity, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.

Associate Manager/Manager, Business Planning and Analysis

Job Grade: SO-SPO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and circulate all periodical reports to the management and business managers to drive business and monitor business performance.

  • Provide data/information and analytics to the business division on an ad-hoc basis.

  • Assist the supervisor by providing required information and analytics.

  • Check and ensure data accuracy in the dump file provided by IT.

  • Ensure the accuracy & confidentiality of the data/information.

  • Ensure timely response to internal & external queries.

  • Build a very good relationship with related departments for smooth operation.

  • Support in report automation and improvement projects.

  • Maintain different types of databases for reporting purposes.
