Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BBA/MBA or post-graduation in Accounting/Finance/Bank Management from any reputed University having secured First Division throughout his/her academic career. Preference will be given to the FRM/ CERM
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CERM,FRM,CRM
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Regulatory Deliverables of Basel III Requirements: Stress Testing Report, Duration Gap Report, ICAAP report of the bank under Pillar II & Market Disclosure report under Pillar III.
∎ Maintaining liaison with internal and external stakeholders regarding Basel III & RM policy implementation
∎ Assisting supervisor in cross-functional tasks on risk management functions
∎ Assisting in the computation of the Capital to Risk-Weighted Asset Ratio (CRAR)
∎ Provide support to the supervisor for preparing Risk Appetite Statement of the bank with proper analysis of the economic and industry trend
∎ Preparing industry analysis and comparing the bank’s position based on internal KRIs
∎ Assist in the development of Key Risk Indicators. (KRI)s
∎ Help in policy formulation and process development
∎ Conducting various risk analysis based on risk reporting data and presented the report to management
∎ Assist team in escalating, evaluating and working for resolution of risk issues at Enterprise risk associates forum / ERMC
∎ Facilitate risk management endeavors of the bank
∎ Provide support in capacity development programs on Risk Management for employees
∎ Adapt and execute requisite techniques/steps to ensure proper understanding of regulatory and internal deliverables
∎ Plan and prepare MIS covering BB requirements and also following the templates provided by the DFIs/External Consultants
∎ Other responsibilities as assigned by the bank management
∎ Prepare management level presentations and conduct thorough analysis on pertinent and prevalent risk concerns and issues
