Responsibilities & Context:

• Candidate must have completed Diploma Engineering or B.Sc. Engineering from a recognized institution.

• Candidates with practical knowledge or working experience in medical equipment service, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance will get preference.

• Candidates with practical knowledge or working experience in medical equipment service, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance will get preference.

• Experience in ophthalmic medical equipment such as OCT, Auto Refractometer, Slit Lamp, Phaco Machine, Fundus Camera, Visual Field Analyzer, A-Scan, B-Scan, Lensometer, Operating Microscope, etc. will be considered an added advantage.

• Must be willing to work in the service department and provide technical support for ophthalmic medical equipment.

• Must be able to visit hospitals, eye clinics, diagnostic centers, optical outlets, and customer locations for installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Must be willing to travel within Dhaka and outside Dhaka as per company requirement.

• Should have good communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships with doctors, technicians, hospital staff, and customers.

• Must be sincere, responsible, hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn new technologies.

• Should have basic computer knowledge including MS Word, MS Excel, email communication, and service reporting.

• Must be able to prepare service reports, installation reports, maintenance reports, and customer feedback reports.

• Should be able to work independently as well as with a technical team.

  Must follow company rules, service protocols, safety procedures, and professional work ethics.

• Candidates must have a positive attitude toward after-sales service, customer support, and technical problem-solving.

• Motorcycle driving ability and valid driving license will be considered an added advantage.

• The candidate must have basic computer operating knowledge, including MS Word, MS Excel, email communication, internet browsing, file handling, document sharing, and official reporting.

  Basic knowledge of Windows OS, software installation, driver installation, printer/scanner setup, LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic troubleshooting will be considered an added advantage.
