Education: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a UGC-approved university is preferred, with no third division and a minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00.

Additional Requirements: Proficiency in managing Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.

Responsibilities & Context: The Digital Platforms Associate will play a key role in supporting the organization’s online presence by contributing to content planning, managing social media activities, and maintaining the corporate website. Working closely with the content and design teams, the associate will ensure consistent and engaging digital communications that reflect the organization’s brand identity and strategic objectives. Under the guidance of the line manager, the role will also involve executing and monitoring digital campaigns across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and executing content ideas for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Schedule, post, and monitor content to maintain consistency and timely delivery across channels.
- Coordinate with design teams to produce visual content, including banners, infographics, and digital ads.
- Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with ongoing campaigns.
- Support the optimization and management of the organization’s presence on digital platforms and third-party sites.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital content, including metrics like reach and engagement.
- Stay informed about trends in social media, digital marketing, and fintech to recommend fresh ideas.
- Ensure all digital content reflects the brand’s tone, voice, and values.
- Carry out tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
