Education: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, Journalism, or a related field from a UGC-approved university is preferred, with no third division and a minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00.

Responsibilities & Context: The Copywriter will be responsible for developing engaging, persuasive, and brand-consistent content across multiple platforms, including digital, print, social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. This role involves close collaboration with the Creative Manager, Marketing & Communications team, and Design unit to ensure all content effectively supports strategic business objectives while resonating with the target audience.
Core Responsibilities:
- Write clear, concise, and impactful copy for advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages, brochures, video scripts, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop integrated storytelling strategies and campaign narratives.
- Interpret marketing briefs and translate them into compelling content that aligns with the brand’s tone and objectives.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, consumer behavior, and financial products to create relevant, credible content.
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s tone of voice across all communications to ensure consistency.
- Proofread and edit all content for grammar, clarity, and brand alignment.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative campaign planning.
- Support the preparation of content for presentations, corporate announcements, and executive speeches.
- Coordinate with digital teams to incorporate SEO best practices where relevant.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, content strategies, and developments in the financial services sector.
