  • Strong knowledge of:

Screen printing design and techniques,

Screen printing chemicals, mesh, and process flow,

Color matching and formulation (chemical ratio, recipe accuracy),

Exposing and screen preparation process,

  • Buyer/brand-specific testing standards and quality requirements

  • Modern placement printing machines and equipment

  • Hands-on experience with strike-off development, buyer sample approval, and production coordination.

  • Familiar with compliance standards related to printing chemicals and environmental safety.

  • Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

  • Fluent in English and Bengali, both written and verbal.

  • Embroidery knowledge will be highly preferable.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead the Placement-printing sample development process (auto machine & manual table both) from design interpretation to buyer approval and production handover.

  • Conduct risk assessments for new developments and participate actively in Pre-Production (PP) meetings.

  • Ensure proper color matching and maintain accurate print recipes (chemical ratios, process parameters, etc.) for each design and fabric type.

  • Oversee the screen exposing process, ensuring correct mesh selection and exposure techniques.

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Placement printing techniques, including puff, high-density, discharge, plastisol, rubber, pigment, florescent, glitter, flock, silicon, foil, stone, stud, vinyl, reflective, glow in the dark, CMYK, and specialty effects.

  • Ensure compliance with buyer/brand-specific testing standards and chemical safety requirements.

  • Coordinate closely with design, merchandising team, garment sample team and production teams to ensure timely and accurate strike-off developments and approvals.

  • Keep up-to-date with modern placement printing machinery and technologies to enhance process efficiency and quality.

  • Manage color kitchen coordination to ensure correct chemical and pigment preparation.

  • Monitor sample progress, document all parameters, and hand over approved samples to production with complete technical details.

  • Maintain strong liaison with buyers and internal departments to resolve any sample-related issues.
