Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
We are looking to hire some experienced ASST. SERVICE ENGINEER / SERVICE ENGINEER for ensuring service for company`s Cleaning Equipment, Material Handling Equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck, Stacker, Hand Pallet) and other industrial equipment. Candidates must be completed BSc in Engineering on Mechanical. Candidates having working experience on industrial products’ service or working experience on Motor, Automobiles, Generator, etc. will also get priority.
Job Responsibilities:
Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting the problem of the equipment.
Ensuring best & prompt after sales service to the customers.
Making service plan to give quality service to the customers.
Leading & supervising the Junior Engineers/Junior Technicians.
Achieving monthly / yearly service target.
Making daily visit/work plan for the team members.
Attending customer calls and giving prompt support to them.
Servicing cleaning equipment, material handling equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck, Stacker, Hand Pallet) and other industrial equipment.
Ensuring scheduled and periodical service.
Giving service activity report time to time to the service Head.
