∎ Graduate/Post Graduate degree from any reputed university with an excellent academic record.
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing, Spice Processing Unit

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & controlling the daily spice sales activity in the distribution channel and Modern Trade.
∎ Monitoring & controlling the daily sales target of the sales team & tracking them.
∎ Regular communication with the sales & distribution department & taking necessary steps to ensure the available product in dealer and retail point.
∎ Arranging various marketing meetings (Zonal meetings, Area meetings, regional meetings).
∎ Analysis of competitor's program and report submission.
∎ Shop /Route/Zone/Distribution point/Area/ Region /Item wise sales analysis.
∎ Continuous market checking & find out problems & solve it immediately.
∎ Disseminating regional monthly sales target to assign area, distribution, and Modern Trade Channel on every individual i.e., ASM, TSM, SO, BP etc.
∎ Maintaining good relations with distributors and Modern Trade partners to attain sales targets as well as cash inflow.
∎ Employing a new distributor for a new area as well as canceling or dismissing one with the approval of NSM/ Head of Sales & Marketing.
∎ Responsible for achieving the assigned sales target as well as remarkable yearly sales growth.
∎ Ensure Daily reporting to respective NSM/Head of Sales & Marketing about the daily activities of the assigned task.
∎ Preparing various periodical written sales report & submit it to the national sales meeting.
∎ Keeping up to -date shop list, route chart, & other sales-related information.
∎ Checking & forwarding distributor claims, damage, sample, and other admissible bills etc.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as regular duties.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have minimum 05 (five) years of same position/Sr. Executive position experience in Spice Sales in any renowned National/MNC/ Group of company.
∎ Should have strong experience in negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Should be honest, hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivated and independent.
∎ Must have leadership qualities in order to lead a department and manage staff.
∎ Should be a good organizer, able to lead team.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Strong analytical abilities, leadership skill & passion to grow.
∎ Computer Literacy with Office Application, e-mail and internet browsing.
∎ Good command in English & Bangla Language is needed.
∎ Capable to work with under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
