Job Context:
∎ SEBL¦DX group is one of the prominent & emerging groups of companies in Bangladesh running their business since 2010 and engaged in Distribution, Solar & Renewable Energy Business, Footwear, Trading, Import & Export, Supply, Installation & Construction, Land & Properties, Digital Agency, E-commerce, Service Chain & Retail Chain business. Currently, we are looking for a perfect candidate for ` National Sales Manager, of Operation Accessories/Eco Section under DX Distribution. Your responsibilities include supervising the sales team and building long-term client relationships. As a National sales manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
∎ Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
∎ Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
∎ Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
∎ Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
∎ Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
∎ Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs.
∎ Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
∎ Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the team, management, and vendors.
∎ Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a period.
∎ Ensure KPI implementation of back office and front liners.
∎ Check the stocks at retails and maintain DoS as per management guidance.
∎ Ensure promotional activities to boost sales from time to time.
∎ Ensure the successful achievement of the company's sales goals across all its nationwide territories.
∎ Responsible for overall sales, dealer development, pricing, communication, market visit/planning, competitors offering analysis, market demand analysis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Proven experience in managing procurement and planning
∎ In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, SOP, KPI, Invoicing, and negotiation terms
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP and Tally.
∎ Management and leadership skills.
∎ Multi-tasking and time-management skills and prioritizing tasks.
∎ Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers, analyzing data.
∎ Talent in negotiations and networking.

Salary: Negotiable
