∎ Discuss with potential clients such as Corporate and identifying sales, service leads and opportunities.
∎ Conduct in-depth discussions with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product offerings.
∎ Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
∎ Achieve sales targets, goals and work towards challenging objectives regularly.
∎ Work closely with the sales and marketing team to fulfill sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
∎ Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Identify and target new market opportunities, including industrial clients, developers, contractors, and corporate sectors.
∎ Sales Pipeline Management: Expand and manage the sales pipeline by understanding customer needs and offering customized energy solutions.
∎ Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and collective targets.
∎ Preference will be given to those skilled in motorcycle riding
