Job Context:As a HR & Admin Executive, HR personnel will be responsible for supporting and executing HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the overall business objectives. This role involves handling end-to-end HR activities such as talent acquisition, payroll management, performance management, and general HR operations. The HR & Admin Executive will work closely with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to a positive organizational culture.
Responsibilities:
Personal counseling with the employees on their career need, career plan, on-job requirements, job satisfaction, job environment, financial and other benefit packages.
Assisting and conducting entry/exit interviews of employees.
Finding out employee training need and arranging end to end training involving internal and external trainers.
Organizing motivational events and games for the employees.
Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.
Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and maintain HRIS, records and documentation.
Maintain attendance & leave Management.Responsible for verification & reconciliation of monthly payroll and Employee Database, Prepare different types of payroll reports.
Work closely with various departments/units in a coordinating role, assist line managers to understand and implement related policies and procedures.
Conduct exit interview and employee final settlement of outgoing employee and prepare report for management.
Prepare yearly increment, promotion letter and letter for appreciation and improvement employees’ performance.
Liaise with Operation Head and HODs to align HR services.
Look after Employee Relations affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.
Assisting in the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal details, employment contracts, performance evaluations, and training records.
Managing the HR database and ensuring the accuracy of employee information.
Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Perform payroll-related work using payroll software such as salary sheet preparation Monthly incentive & Sales Commissioning.
Any other task assigned by the management
