Job Responsibilities:
- Discuss with potential clients such as Corporate and identifying sales, service leads and opportunities.·
- Conduct in-depth discussions with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product offerings.·
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.·
- Achieve sales targets, goals and work towards challenging objectives regularly.·
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to fulfill sales strategies and marketing initiatives.·
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ·
- Identify and target new market opportunities, including industrial clients, developers, contractors, and corporate sectors.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Expand and manage the sales pipeline by understanding customer needs and offering customized energy solutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and collective targets.
