∎ SEBL DX group is one of the prominent & emerging group of companies in Bangladesh running their business from 2010 and engaged in Distribution, Solar & Renewable Energy Business, Footwear, Trading, Import & Export, Supply, Installation & Construction, Land & Properties, Digital Agency, E-commerce, Automobile, Service Chain & Retail Chain business.
∎ The Sr. Graphic/Motion Graphic Designer will Design and produce marketing communication for internal accounts. Collaborate well creative teams, internal account teams to develop creative solutions and then translate those solutions through a variety of channels.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proactively recommend creative communication for marketing proposals.
∎ Work with internal business partners to ensure the creative theme.
∎ Design of marketing communication pieces inducing overall theme development, individual piece designs etc.
∎ Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, 2D/3D animation, and INSERT PROGRAMS HERE)
∎ The ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create content used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video, and more)
∎ Meet with clients, internal and external, to understand needs and share ideas, also execute the idea as per plan.
∎ Partner with internal business partners as needed on the development of communications pieces.
∎ Follow al department purchase's; and defray ponies.
∎ Creatively seek out new products and maintain cutting edge industry knowledge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum of 3-years design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.
∎ Strong creative, organizational problems solving and time-management skills.
∎ Adaptable and quick learner. Must be able to apply style guides creative+, while upholding brand identity for motive action, as well as our multiple stakes.
∎ Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Eager Nice with HTML and motion graphics a plus.
∎ Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography. a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Big egos need not apply.
∎ Expert knowledge is graphic production process.
∎ Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.
∎ Able to take projects from start to end.
