Job Responsibilities:
∎ Presenting & selling company products / services to current & potential clients.
∎ The building, establishing, & maintaining a good relationship with clients.
∎ Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
∎ Developing, maintaining good product & Marketing Knowledge.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Have to maintain & control the Marketing & Sales department.
∎ Must have to achieve the sales target.
∎ Formulating and executing sales plans.
∎ Leading a sales team within the Dealer/showroom/Brand Shop.
∎ Ensuring compliance with all Showroom policies & procedure.
∎ Maintaining & ordering appropriate inventory to enhance sales & profit.
∎ Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintaining proper merchandising of the showroom/Brand Shop.
∎ Maintain clean and safe environment.
∎ Conducting market promotions & campaigns.
∎ Prepare bill, challan, quotations, as required.
∎ Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer software.
∎ Employment Status.
∎ Must have ability to create new showroom /Dealer.
∎ Ability to handle large sales team.
∎ Strong leadership ability.
∎ Strong network with dealer management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have ability to create new Dealer, Showroom & also have ability to handle large sales team, and good communication with Dealer.
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
