Responsibilities & Context:
Preparing work schedule, manpower allocation, equipment & materials requirement for all works under construction.
Supervising all assigned construction works & quality finish at the project.
To ensure the smooth progress of works as per the drawing/ design, specifications, and work schedule during the construction period to complete on time.
Controlling the wastage of materials during the execution of work.
Effective communication with both internal and external (supervisors, designers, clients, service providers).
Ensure all necessary logistic support at the site.
Focusing on safety and ensuring that all workers adhere to set safety standards.
Prepare Measurement Book & manage all types of billing work within a justified time.
Any other task assigned by the management
