Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound technical knowledge in sweater Manufacturing factory.
∎ Inline FRI conduct based on AQL table.
∎ Capable to identify problem and solve quality issue, ensuring good quality
∎ production and on time deliveries.
∎ Production, Quality Control/ Audit /3 rd party handling.
∎ handling and well experience of their SOP.
∎ Strong leadership with good and effective management/organizational skill in
∎ leading a team of quality.
∎ Capable to communicate with customers and factory team smoothly.
∎ Understanding the Total Quality Management (TQM).
∎ Develop, manage implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan.
∎ Ensure effective interaction with the technical development and production team.
∎ Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval.
∎ Monitor QA/QC Performance by gathering relevant production data.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control seminars.
∎ Conduct pre-production meetings.
∎ Ensure in-line inspection to check quality.
∎ Follow-up pre-final inspection.
∎ Keep all necessary documents and quality SOP.
∎ Lead all quality staff and GPQ.
∎ Ensure final product quality.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Educational Qualification will be considered up to HSC for vast experienced candidates.

Salary: Negotiable
