at Experience Requirements:Minimum 15 years of experience in sweater manufacturing, with least 8 years in a senior leadership role. (GM /DGM/AGM )
Strong practical experience in P2P (Process-to-Product / Order-to-Shipment) production management will be given priority.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and oversee end-to-end production operations (P2P) from order confirmation to final shipment.
Develop and implement production strategies to achieve on-time delivery, quality excellence, and cost efficiency.
Ensure effective capacity planning, line balancing, SMV control, and productivity improvement.
Maintain strict compliance with buyer requirements, social compliance, safety, and sustainability standards.
Coordinate closely with Merchandising, Planning, Quality, IE, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
Monitor production KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, efficiency projects).
Ensure proper implementation of buyer SOPs, technical specifications, and audit requirements.
Lead, coach, and develop the production management team to build a high-performance culture.
Ensure production planning and execution aligned with buyer T&A calendars and critical path management
Establish KPI dashboards and reporting systems for management and buyer reviews
Supervise the production team.
