Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out the store related activities and ensure all protocols are maintaining in a time manner.
∎ Make a plan for food receiving and stacking the foods in store following standard storing procedures.
∎ Make sure of updated stock register for different items with preserving challan.
∎ Keep the foods and supplies out of rodents or mouse maintaining standard procedure.
∎ Make sure of arrangement of food loading/ unloading in consultation of Project Officer - Logistics.
∎ Make sure of the payments of laborers for loading and unloading with support of Project Officer - Logistics and Assistant Project Officer - Finance & Admin.
∎ Maintain store and stock register of all food and non food items and make sure of the documentation as per feedback/ guidance of Deputy Project Manager and Project Officer - Logistics.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as per formats given and submit to Deputy Project Manager.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
