Educational Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in rapid assessment of any kind of disaster at Camp level.
∎ Keep in touch with GFA team, SMS and CIC to identify Rapid response / protection cases.
∎ Prepare a database of affected HHs and arrange necessary logistic support in consultation with line Manager.
∎ Communicate with different agencies to select beneficiaries.
∎ Assist beneficiaries for data base documentation.
∎ Prepare necessary reports as instructed by supervisor and submit accordingly.
∎ Responsible for documentation and monitoring of field activities of rapid response of GFA.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Have demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Have knowledge in database management.
∎ Have skill in communication in English and Bengali.
∎ Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills.
∎ Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel) .
∎ Have self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work.
