Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Social Science or any other relevant subject from any reputed public or private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out quality checks on Programme and MEAL-related databases (including beneficiary databases, delivery of assistance databases, complaints trackers and reporting figures) of Own organization.
∎ Record findings of discrepancies or issues in a data quality log, and coordinate with relevant teams to identify and carry out appropriate plan of action/follow-up.
∎ Assist and support the co-ordination and delivery of the work of the Help Desk Team.
∎ Develop, implement and maintain appropriate systems and procedures for the collection, maintenance of used database.
∎ Track regular progress and analyses the reports and assist Project Officer – MIS and Management team to improve quality of program activities.
∎ Assist team to prepare master roll and other document required by team.
∎ Receive complain data from help desk and produce report for further update.
∎ Conduct different survey with data collection and analyses for qualitative and statistical report preparation.
∎ Conduct different FGD to understand beneficiary’s satisfaction and views on project activities and prepare compile report.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Have effective acquaintance data management.
∎ Have excellent reporting skill.
∎ Excellent knowledge of computer applications including, Microsoft Excel.
∎ Have familiarity with digital data gathering platforms and software.
∎ Have willingness to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions.
∎ Have ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field.
∎ Excellent language skills both English and Bengali.
