Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive all sorts of complains positively at Help Desk.
∎ Assist the beneficiaries to solve all kinds of common arising problems instantly in consultation of WFP representatives.
∎ Write down all the complaints of the beneficiaries, then sent the complaint referral template to Project Officer - M&E for WFP feedback.
∎ Be liable to provide right information to the beneficiaries.
∎ Provide information of any irregularities to the concerned authority/ line Manager
∎ Write down referral issues at WFP template and send to Project Manager/ Project Officer - M&E for onward submission and resolutions.
∎ Assist Project Officer in database updating and necessary documentation.
∎ Assist in schedule preparation and data analyzing for various report preparation.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
