Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & contribute in developing appropriate mechanisms to support nutrition project operation activities ensuring BRAC and Donor compliance in collaboration with the Program support team of BRAC- HCMP and BRAC, Kutubdia Branch Office.
∎ Assist in submitting fund request and reimburse reports to Donor on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure proper authorization is obtained for starting any expenditure process and making any payment.
∎ Ensure all expenditures are properly coded (project no, and budget line etc.) and adjusted.
∎ Assist with expenditure tracking in field offices.
∎ Responsible for preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual finance, assets and HR related reports for BRAC and donor.
∎ Coordinate with the field office accounts unit regarding all financial, administrative and HR issues which can affect the execution of the project.
∎ Reconcile the accounts receivables/advances and issue receipts for all the funds received in coordination with Grant Management Team of BRAC HCMP.
∎ Face and manage annual external Audits & internal auditors during Audit period.
∎ Responsible for HR, Administration and other support service related functions of the project.
∎ Responsible for budget preparation of the project activities, procurement in collaboration of BRAC HCMP Procurement unit.
∎ Archive the project administrative, HR and financial documents.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
