Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales statements and communicating it with overseas group companies.
∎ Daily sales updating in the software
∎ Preparation of monthly goods in transit statement and allocation of the items as per category
∎ Preparation of a detailed summary of sales for the year.
∎ Checking export air freight charges, courier charges and related other bills
∎ Checking the sales contract of the supplier and getting it approved by the approvers.
