Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a Assistant Officer, Transport who will support the smooth operation of our company’s transport department. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive and capable of managing daily transport-related tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Bill entry, submission and coordination with Accounts Department (including IOU and other bill processes)
- Prepare and manage vehicle schedules
- Maintain and update all vehicle papers (tax token, fitness, insurance, etc.)
- Monitor fuel consumption and maintain fuel records
- VTS /GPS and vehicle monitoring on a regular basis
- Maintain effective communication between Factory & Head Office – drivers and helpers.
- Support day-to-day transport documentation and reporting
