Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage workers grievances through proper procedure with a view to reduce it.
∎ Work as a communication bridge between floor Management & workers.
∎ Daily visit in production floor for communicating with the workers and floor Management so as to keep a good team work for enhancing productivity.
∎ Provide necessary counseling in unusual situation such as Go Slow, Resignation, Rejection, Absenteeism, In-subordination etc.
∎ Support & Assist for induction, monthly orientation program for newly recruited employees and maintain all training files.
∎ Facilitate necessary treatments for pregnant workers in close collaboration with medical doctors.
∎ Prepare monthly report on welfare activities and training programs for submitting to the Management.
∎ Conduct meeting of PC, Health & Safety, Environment and report to the Management on its findings.
∎ Supervise Welfare Team for assessment of Training Needs & in-house Skill based Training Programs.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
