Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capacity planning, Future forecasting, Highlight critical issues, Verify overload/less load, Disclose available resource & utilization proposal to generate extra capacity through Analysis.
∎ Distribute allocated orders among all factories & Manage production planning with availability of materials/Early material requirement proposal, forecast line gap & arrange orders from location through sales concern comparing capacity, capability and critical issues.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
∎ Look after process progress cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing & finishing.
∎ To prepare a monthly-integrated production planning & T&A (Time & Action) schedule on the basis of Shipment and order quantity received from the marketing & merchandising department.
∎ Arranging necessary reports to represent in monthly management meeting focusing on the issue of unit wise previous production plan deviation and further production target & achievement.
∎ Whenever required to sit with the unit heads to settle difficulties of production and delivery.
∎ Practice planning with multi-option to create as much as possible capacity to lead more orders & generate business.
