Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Must have Post-graduate diploma in HRM.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to Day HR & Admin related works.
∎ Responsible for administration delivery of the project.
∎ Assist HR & Admin Officer.
∎ Provide logistics support during training, meeting, workshop etc.
∎ Ensure security of the assets and office.
∎ Responsible for facilitating the recruitment process.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of recruitment process.
∎ Responsible for preparing and updating Staff Status.
∎ Daily update Leave ,Attendance, Resign, Joining status
∎ Other responsibilities will be assigned by Project Management
∎ Minimum 3 years experience in Admin & Human Resource Management sector.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in English is preferable.
∎ Computer literacy is mandatory.

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per project service rules.
