Job Context:
∎ Location: Head Office, Dhaka
∎ Project Brief: CNRS is a renowned pro-environmental national NGO in Bangladesh that commenced its journey in 1994. Since its formation, CNRS has been active in this field and has drawn the attention of relevant local, national, and international actors including government and funding agencies by demonstrating innovations in its approaches and producing tangible learning outcomes.
∎ Part I: Job Statement:-This position will be responsible to provide support in various HR-related tasks such as recruitment assistance, maintaining employee`s personal records, preparing HR-related documents, and performing other assigned duties as required.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a clear understanding of organizational HR and other relevant policies.
∎ Support the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, sending invitations to shortlisted candidates, communicating with candidates at different stages of recruitment, conducting interviews, preserving the total process documentation in recruitment files, and conducting reference checks.
∎ Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including the accumulation of induction materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring necessary documentation is completed.
∎ Employee Records: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, leave records, attendance, and other relevant information. Assist to ensure that all staff has a personal file within a week of joining, collect the required documents from employees as per the standard checklist, update the HR Database from time to time, and take necessary steps for opening the Bank Account.
∎ Assist in ensuring compliance for different projects in alignment with donor/client procedures.
∎ Assist in employee capacity building by organizing HR-relevant training programs for employees engaged in HR and Admin-related activities. This includes coordinating and scheduling training sessions, preparing training materials, and ensuring smooth logistics for the training events. Additionally, provide support in conducting HR policy-related training sessions to enhance employees' understanding and adherence to organizational HR policies and practices.
∎ Provide logistics support by handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, managing files and records, organizing meetings and appointments, ensuring general office support, managing office supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.
∎ Review and verify submitted timesheets, and assist in making necessary corrections ensuring accuracy and adherence to organization policies. Track timesheet submissions, and generate reports.
∎ Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management/Supervisor

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
