Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of warehouse management and documentation.
∎ Knowledge of safe storing/stacking and recording.
∎ Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data.
∎ Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Knowledge on Basic computer.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure and assist accurate materials loading & unloading on the vehicle during the dispatching & receiving period.
∎ FIFO, LIFO, FEFO Maintain & counting manner stacking maintain.
∎ Stack card (BIN) & Stock card update, GRN (manual) prepare and daily work report prepare
∎ Check the issuing documents like Store/ Warehouse Requisition duly approved by the authorized person.
∎ Count the materials with quality checking per the approved Store/Warehouse Requisition. Prepare delivery Challan/ Waybill accordingly and have these approved by the authorized person.
∎ Monitor and check the materials regularly and ensure that all the materials in the warehouse are in good condition.
∎ Assist in physically counting the materials periodically and ensure that the physical balance and book balance match and document it accordingly.
∎ Labor management (attendance, payment sheet preparation)
∎ To ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations and Warehouse SOP.
∎ Monitor labour works and prevent access to the warehouse by unauthorized persons.
∎ Report/Share any concerns and issues related to safety and security with the supervisor immediately.
∎ Any task assigned by Supervisor.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ This position will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of HCMP's warehouse activities. Responsibilities include handling materials, receiving and dispatching, conducting physical stock counts, and supporting warehouse officers in stock management and documentation. The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, participating in relevant training, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment with accurate material arrangement and inventory management.
