∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Possess the high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Computer knowledge in E-mail, Word, and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.
∎ Must have a teamwork and cooperation mentality.
∎ Must have work experience in a footwear company.

∎ Have vast knowledge of pricing & have experience in production, management, shipment inspection, and follow-up and maintenance of quality issues.
∎ Support Buyers and Suppliers to take more initiative to solve problems by sharing information with the team leader.
∎ Have good Knowledge of preparing Time and Action flow charts to maintain the delivery.
∎ Strong Sourcing Knowledge.
∎ Should have the capability to do multitasking.
∎ Should be transparent, ethical and always act on behalf of the company in the daily work routines and in Business relations.
∎ To strive for constant improvement regarding price, quality, and lead time. To be creative.
