Candidates must have fashion knowledge on Knit garments.
Candidate must have practical Knit Garments Design & Development experience.
Candidate must have knowledge of fabric, trims and accessories.
Candidate must have experience in product costing and negotiation.
Candidate must have good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Candidate must have good knowledge & skills in computing specially in Illustrator, Photo shop and other designing software.

It has further diversified & expending its production range towards the Outerwear & Sportswear areas & will start our outerwear unit by 2021. Silken has its own design team in UK who continuously provides design & development supports to the customer.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Smooth and efficient correspondence and communication with buyers, locally as well as internationally.
To do product development, Fabric, trims & Accessories booking, BOM and T&A Plan
Follow-up product development and ensure that products meet customers quality.
Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods.
Detail follow up time line of each order with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
