Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE ,EEE, BCA, BSC in IT

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation and configuration of the Active Directory network components.
∎ Support and maintain user account information including rights, security, and system groups.
∎ Validate system upgrades and patches when required.
∎ Upgrade system software and hardware components as required to meet organization needs.
∎ Ensure upgrades are occurring in accordance with established parameters.
∎ Implement and troubleshoot Certificate Authorities, DNS, DHCP, Federated Services and other core components
∎ Group Policy administration, troubleshooting, documenting and implementing
∎ Control user access according to organization ICT policy.
∎ Control WLAN user through Active Directory authentication. Establish the reports and customer satisfaction surveys for monitoring performance and ensuring the Help Desk function achieves its goals and SLAs. Perform the installation, configuration, administration and maintenance and upgrade of networks (including servers, routers, firewalls, remote access systems and network management systems) and computer systems - VPNs, NAT & Routing. Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems with various users with regards to LAN/MAN/WAN, Wireless and cloud-based networks
