Responsibilities & Context:
ACI Motors Limited is looking for Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Spare Parts (Commercial Vehicle) for overseeing the operations and supporting the expansion of the spare parts network for Foton Commercial Vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth spare parts operations through effective inventory management, availability, and profitability control while supporting sales target achievement.
Identify and source spare parts and local alternatives, benchmark quality with OEM standards, and evaluate supplier performance.
Assist in developing and monitoring the dealer network, ensuring strong sales performance and engagement.
Track product performance, analyze sales trends and feedback, and coordinate with service teams for improvements.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and dealer schemes to drive sales and brand visibility.
Conduct field visits to gather market insights on availability, pricing, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and alignment.
Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and performance, ensuring accurate documentation and system updates.
