Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering/pharmacy/chemistry, Production Management, or a related field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong understanding of production processes and manufacturing technologies. Such as injection molding, Extrusion, Assembling, sterilization process and machineries.
∎ Demonstrated experience in managing production schedules, budgets, and resources.
∎ Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and quality.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5/10 years of experience in a production management role within the medical device industry.
∎ Experience in managing a team and implementing. Production processes and procedures.
∎ Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical device production.
∎ Expected salary should be mentioned in the application along with designation and salary of current working organization.
