Experience in managing a team and implementing. Production processes and procedures.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical device production.

Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on molding machines and assembly lines.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment functionality and minimize downtime.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and address equipment performance issues.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
