Job Summary:
Taiwan Bangla Medical Equipment Company Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, and servicing of advanced medical imaging equipment including CT, PET-CT, MRI, and Ultrasonogram Machine. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and the ability to support clients promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of CT, PET-CT, MRI, and Ultrasonogram Machine at client sites
Preventive and corrective maintenance of installed equipment
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
Coordinating with the principal company for technical support when required
Ensuring timely service response and customer satisfaction
Preparing service reports and maintaining proper documentation
Providing technical guidance and basic operational training to end users
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies
