∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Lean,TOT,CLDP
∎ Master in Psychology will get advantage.

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Any training in social compliance, general TOT, curriculum development, orientation to training management, ISO QMS, Lean, fire safety, and audit process will be a plus;
∎ Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to prepare and present to large audiences;
∎ Ability to deliver extraordinary performance under pressure, both independently, and as part of a team;
∎ Self-driven and proactive to handle the function independently;
∎ Personal commitment to improving own knowledge and skills;
∎ Proven people management skills;
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Devise Leadership Development Programs for different tiers of employees and align them with expected culture;
∎ Engage with the key stakeholders to conduct structured Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and determine individual and organizational development needs or modify existing training programs to meet specific staff needs;
∎ Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Knowledge Management (KM) Section on designing and developing training modules;
∎ Plan, design and organize bite size, online learning sessions/ onsite programs aimed at fostering cultural change and digital transformation;
∎ Ensure the effective execution of training and conduct effectiveness assessments for all training through Learning Execution Monitoring (LEM) Section;
∎ Train internal facilitators and instructors to help them learn the skills and techniques needed to provide effective training sessions;
∎ Discuss training needs and goals with management periodically to establish training needs based on projected changes, business strategy, and other factors;
∎ Establish a detailed annual Training Budget (TB) for Skill Development Training (SDT) of all SBUs, and track this budget to identify Budget Variance (BV).
