Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage the footwear cutting department to ensure efficient production.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of raw materials to minimize waste and maximize output.
∎ Monitor and maintain quality standards in the cutting process.
∎ Coordinate with production and design teams for smooth workflow.
∎ Train and guide workers to enhance their skills and efficiency.
∎ Implement and enforce safety and compliance measures.
∎ Maintain records of production, defects, and efficiency levels.
∎ Work on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations.
