Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive product strategies and long-term vision to build best in class digital products.
∎ Ability to craft a product vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete strategy.
∎ Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources.
∎ Strong focus on human centered design/design (UI & UX) thinking.
∎ Partner with cross-functional teams (across design, development and business) to conceptualize and lead the development and market validation of new products with special focus on digital assets.
∎ Employ and evangelize lean development and human centered design throughout the organization.
∎ Help build a product culture based on data-driven decisions.
∎ Manages the design and development of new product ideas and enhancements of existing projects/products (App/Web Selfcare).
∎ Manage the product roadmap and backlog for all digital products.
∎ Oversee and manage lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing.
∎ Partner with the executive teams to identify key capabilities needed as well as identifying potential issues.
∎ Partner with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.
∎ Manage product development with vendors or solution providers starting from product concept to deployment (Business requirement document, Solution document, development, Testing) as well as change management.
∎ Manage integration with legacy system such as payment gateway, billing, ERP etc.
∎ Present business reports and insights to senior management for product roadmap, product performance and product strategy and decision.
